By using the Jawaz app or website you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Jawaz is a free flight and hotel price-comparison service. We show prices from independent airlines and booking sites and redirect you to them to complete your booking. Jawaz is not a travel agent and is not a party to any booking.

2. Prices and availability

Prices and availability are supplied by our partners and change frequently. The final price is the one shown on the booking site at checkout and may differ from the price displayed.

3. Booking, payment and cancellation

Booking, payment, changes, cancellations and refunds are handled directly by the booking site, airline or hotel under their own terms. Please contact them for any booking request or complaint.

4. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on displayed prices, from the services of booking sites or other third parties, or from temporary unavailability of the service.

5. Ads and links

The app contains ads and links to other sites. We may earn a commission from partners when a booking is completed; this does not change the price you pay.

5a. Cashback

The optional cashback program is subject to the cashback terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape its data.

7. Intellectual property

The Jawaz name, logo, app and website design and content belong to Jawaz and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
