Account & Data Deletion

Jawaz app

Signing in to Jawaz is optional (only for the cashback wallet). If you created an account you can delete it at any time.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Jawaz and go to “My account” (حسابي).
2. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

Your account, name, email and payout details are deleted and any unwithdrawn cashback is cancelled. If you have a payout under review, we wait until it completes.

Clear your search history

1. Open the Jawaz app.
2. Go to “My searches” (بحوثاتي).
3. Tap “Clear all”, or swipe a search to delete it.

Uninstalling the app also deletes all data stored by it on your device.

Advertising and analytics data

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads · iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

For any data request, email info@jawaz.app with the subject “Data deletion request”. We respond within 30 days.
